What charity do you work with?

Every month we work with a different charity. This month we are working with NAMI a charity organization designed and created to help stop the stigma around mental illness. To learn more about this mission please visit NAMI.org to see different ways you are able to help give back to those in need. This month we hope to give up to 10% of all sales back to NAMI and their mission.

I never received any updates via email regarding my package?

We kindly note we are a small business and team and we can’t email everyone individual updates. We do send a welcome email, follow-up email, and an email once the item has shipped. We post daily behind the scenes on all social media platforms.

Where are you located?

we are located in Georgia, USA. Every package is individually handcrafted by our small business team.

We typically answer all emails within 24 hours during business days, which are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. We are a small team and we work all areas of the business so we appreciate your patience with us.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email from our team when your order ships. It can take up to 8-10 business days as we are a small business and individually handcraft all crews, hoodies, tees & sets. Please see additional shipping times in our policy listed directly on our site. 

How long does it take to ship? 

Non-holiday policy is 8-10 business M-F for production.

How do I wash my hoodies and crews?

We always recommend hand washing in cold water and line drying for the best results and long lasting wear. We recommend gentle cleaners, and no stain removers, etc.
